Q: Are you doing a Fun Run, Skydive, Swim or Marathon, or any event where you could be sponsored? It doesn't matter what event you are taking part in, even if it's a sponsored beard shave, people will sponsor you for our good cause.

Contact the event organiser of that event, register, download a sponsorship form or register with justgiving.com then ask your friends and family to sponsor you and a local charity in Enfield at the same time. Don’t forget to inform The Nightingale of your challenge so we can promote it on our website.
The Adidas Women’s Challenge Hyde Park
Over 20 ladies took part in this fantastic event and raised an incredible £1,800 towards The Nightingale care. All our runners’ supporters and families met at London’s Hyde Park, where we were met with thousands of women taking part for their chosen charity. The atmosphere was great! The weather was hot and sunny. All The Nightingale runners, walked ran or jogged around the 5klm course. Contact www.womenschallenge.co.uk.
Skydivers wanted
How high can you jump for The Nightingale?
A 10,000ft skydive in Tandem over the countryside, free fall for 5,000ft then relax and take in the beauty of the local area. All you have to do is raise £395 in sponsorship and agree a date and venue to do the sky dive.
