On Wednesday 23rd of October 2019, Richard, Debbie & Lesley from Wright’s Baking gave a fantastic demonstration on baking bread and cakes from their tasty mixes.
Debbie also gave us a brief history of the company that was set up by George Reynolds at Ponders End Mill in 1867. As well as supplying local bakeries they also supply flour for bread made by Warburtons who also have a factory in Enfield.
After the demonstration everyone decorated a cupcake and the three best were awarded a prize.
Everyone had a fantastic time and learnt a lot and we would like to thank the Wrights team for making the evening so much fun!
