In memory of Celia Cusmano who sadly passed away from lung cancer aged 76. Celia was a loving wife, mum and grandmother. Celia fought a very brave battle for over 1 year. She didn’t want to leave us and everyone, doctors, care staff and friends were all amazed at just how strong she was, she kept on fighting right up until the end. The medics called her a fighter.
Celia was a wonderful kind lady, full of life and she had a huge heart and would help anyone if she could. Even in her final days she still managed to say please and thank you even though she was in so much pain. Our mum Celia will always be our hero.
The family would be very grateful if donations were made to our chosen charity, The Nightingale Cancer Support Centre. Even though we never had the opportunity to use their services for our mum, they provide amazing physical and mental support to people affected by cancer and their families in Enfield.
Thank you so much for donating.
Giuseppe, Maria, Angela, Julia & family.
RIP mum, we will love you for eternity.
Celia’s service will be held at 11am, Thursday 4th May at New Southgate Cemetery & Crematorium, Brunswick Park Road, N11 1JJ. All who loved Celia are welcome to attend.
The family of Celia Cusmano have generously asked their loved ones to make a donation to The Nightingale in her memory. This page is tribute to her and the fact that she will always be remembered with so much love.
