Have fun and keep fit

Many can feel nervous about going to a new exercise class after a cancer diagnosis. You might even think that the moves or stretches will be too hard for you. Not in our classes! The fitness classes that we provide are suitable for all levels. Our teachers assess each person’s abilities in order to set the exercise levels accordingly. All of our classes run as a six week course and we advise that clients sign up to one course at a time in order to gain the full benefits each one has to offer.

FitSteps is an energetic, up beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It’s suitable for all ages and abilities! The classes are designed to give real, measurable fitness results and is suitable for all ages and abilities. After a cancer diagnosis exercise can aid recovery and build strength. The classes also help boost morale for anyone affected by cancer. Our teacher Anne-Marie has been teaching dance for over 10 years now and she knows here stuff. Clients always come out with a happy face. “Anne-Marie makes the classes fun! I’m finding I’ve an increase in energy, my hips, knees are less creaky and I’m more supple!” What a great review.
