We can’t believe The Nightingale has been part of the community for 22 years. Over that time we’ve helped 20,000 people during their cancer journey. We’re proud of how much we’ve grown, helping more and more people and providing more and more services every year.
The Nightingale wouldn’t still be here without our dedicated trustees, selfless staff, loyal volunteers and each and every person that has ever donated to the charity. We are here because of all of you.
So, it’s not really just our birthday, it’s a birthday for everyone to celebrate. From 19th-24th August we’ve plenty of celebrations you can get involved with, and we’ve got some lovely local people helping you celebrate too!
From Monday until Friday Jolly Beans will be donating 10% of sales to The Nightingale!
All you have to do is show this picture and tell the staff you’re celebrating The Nightingale’s 22nd Birthday and they’ll donate 10% of your purchase to the charity.
Pop in any time during the week!
Our Coffee Club are great at celebrating, so it’s only right we include them in the Birthday Bash.
There’ll be cake and…coffee and plenty of laughs to go around. Our clients are the whole reason we’ve been here for 22 years so celebrating with them is a must.

POP IN AND WISH US A HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
It’s time to go shopping because on Friday all of our charity shops will be giving away a BIRTHDAY GIFT with every purchase over £5!
Our Baker Street, Oakwood and Waltham Cross shops will have plenty of wrapped up presents so that our customers can join the celebration too. It’ll be a lucky dip for your gift.

The Wonder knows how to put on a party! We’re joining their Summer Garden Party for the end of our Birthday Week.
On Saturday there’ll be market stalls, face painting ice cream, outdoor bar, Morris Dancing, Pizza Gig, Dirty Burger and we’ll be there with our famous Play Your Cards Right.
There’ll be live music from Troi Parker Roth (4pm-6pm), Joe Finn (6pm-8pm) and Luke Carey (8pm-10pm).
